  Is Breg’s toon stuck? When I try to “TELL” her, I get a message she is OFFLINE.

  IT’s probably just the server not loading the chats correctly. This happens from time to time (eg, it might tell you you don’t even belong in a kinship when you first log in!) Just give it some time to catch up.
