Internal messages

Hello

Could you tell me how to get to internal mail from the website please? I didn’t even know we had a mail system until I received an email telling me that I had a message.
It is a really useful site function but I cannot find how to get there without using the link from the email.

Hey Nida

I think the only way to access messages is to go to your profile (click on your name/avatar in the “who’s online” section or members directory on the right) and then click on Messages. There’s supposed to be an alert toolbar which tells you when you have new messages but it’s not working at the moment. I need to find a way to fix it, then you’ll see messages and notifications as soon as you log in.

I’ve just recently re-enabled messages, since the server move, and a few other things in your profile have come to life, too. Hopefully these will be helpful.
