  Level 100s, rejoice! Our good friend Neddor of the Rangers of the Black Watch had prepared the following guide and shared it with us: http://rangers.guildlaunch.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=10871221. We should get an Osgiliath run organized in the next week or two and all descend on it together. DESTROY OUR FOE.
